Job Description

Plans/manages Supply Chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.

Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule.

Assesses risk and identifies issues. Monitors progress against schedule. Coordinates resources with other functions. Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.

Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.


Qualifications

BS + 9 yrs. exp.; MS + 6 yrs. exp.; or PhD + 4 yrs. exp. in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar disciplines.

Expertise and experience in all aspects of supply chain (particularly in, Strategy, Plan, Source and Deliver) is required for this position. Ability to understand and apply advanced analytics (OR, Simulation, statistics/ML) to solving supply chain strategic challenges is a plus.
