What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Manage and update calendar for busy executive
  • Create high-level presentations, communications, and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations
  • Collaborate with other team members to organize various corporate events

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • 4 years of experiencesupporting executives
  • Typing speed of at least 80 wpm (typing test will be required to verify)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Ability to maintain confidential materials and information
  • Event management experience
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
