DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
The Digital Marketing Managersupports the overall marketing plan by developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing the performance of digital marketing campaigns and grows the company's online presence. The primary objective for this role is to drive lead generation efforts as well as contribute to brand awareness objectives while encouraging improvement and innovation.
Special focus on managing a complex Paid Search process with multi branch locations and a large budget, Lead Agrigation and overall Digital Strategy for LTP.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop and execute all digital marketing campaigns within the organization
Ensure effective control of online marketing results, and suggest corrective action to attain company objectives within designated budgets
Collaborate with vendor partners to analyze results and drive action plans for improvement
Leverage insights to test new digital strategies
Devise strategies that drive traffic to company website
Improve the usability and conversion for all digital assets including company website & online profiles
Manage the company online brand reputation listings & platform
Support marketing automation efforts by implementing campaigns and analyzing performance
Collect, analyze and provide insights from customer research, market data & competitive intelligence
Maintain monthly department KPI's
Review new technologies to keep the company on the forefront of developments in digital marketing
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is performed in a professional group office environment.
Lift up to 30 Lbs.
Ability to travel by car to all LTP branches when required.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years' experience in agency or corporate marketing role
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
Experience in campaign management of SEM, including PPC, Social Media and Reputation platforms
Certified in Google Adwords, Analytics and Bing Ads required
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills required
