As a Print & Marketing Healthcare Account Consultant you will be part of a team responsible for accelerating growth in the print & promotional product space. You will also be responsible for the management of complex projects, assisting in implementation and sourcing support, developing and delivering internal and customer facing reporting, supporting HC National Sales Director and selling teams that include inside and outside print teams as well as other selling partners within Staples. In your critical supporting role you will be a trusted support resource that will enable the selling teams to strengthen existing and new Staples print relationships which will lead to additional revenue for Staples.



Primary Responsibilities

 
Project Management of complex initiatives, implementation support, RFP’s, ADHOC reports, develop team presentations, update Print HC support materials and provide general sales support as directed by the HC National Sales Director

 

Deliver accurate and timely reports against contractual obligations

 

Represent the best of Staples Print & Marketing Services in promoting products, services, and commitment to customer satisfaction to support business retention and expansion

 

Establish, build and expand relationships with internal customers

 

Fully understand regional and national purchasing agreements to able to support  the Print HC team in their efforts to sell print into various HC organizations and to collaborate with internal Staples partners

 

Partner with Staples Business Advantage Healthcare Sales team to support print customers

 
Utilize and work at a high level within Staples CRM and other systems  on a daily basis to support HC Print strategies, reporting, and communication
 

Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience

 

5+ years business to business sales experience, Healthcare vertical market experience a plus

 

Experience using technology – laptop, smart phone, outlook

 

Strong communication skills;  active listener

 

Strong organization and time management skills

 

Comfortable with financial sales tracking and analysis

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Coachable, able to incorporate feedback

 

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool)

 

Resilient - bounces back; adaptable - comfortable changing directions

 

Dynamic individual who functions with a high level of performance, thrives in working in a very fast paced environment, and enjoys cross channel collaboration with sales teams and internal support groups

 

Impressive ability to develop, service and manage a portfolio of high volume clients
